We are looking for different language speakers; Turkish or Russian or Polish speaker

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for English and/or Turkish or Russian or Polish speaker;
Writing Speed: 20 words per minute;
Project: to be disclosed;
Starting date: On-Going;
Travel Expenses: Paid by our client;
Accommodation: our client offers the first 14 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations;
Work Permit Provided (if need it);
Initial Contract: 12 months (renewable);
Working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday – Sunday
Working hours is 8 hours per day/ 5 days per week;

To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy.
To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training.
To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

The booking and payment for your travel tickets and a taxi to transfers from the airport to the hotel will be paid by the company.
Up to two week’s accommodations in a hotel close to our premises provided by the company.
We will help you in order to find an apartment to stay either alone or share one with a colleague.
The company also offers Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits.
