Job Responsibilities
- Effectively handle new and existing clientele and provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks of the business unit and provide internal support to the sales team
- Effectively resolve complaints
- KYC and onboarding of clients
- Work towards building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients by providing a high quality customer service
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Economics/Finance or any other relevant field or linguistics will be considered an advantage
- One year of experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Fluent English speaker
- Fluent in German
- Proficient in MS Office, computer literate
